The Way Implantology Should Be Taught.
Your Complete Path to Real Implant Mastery
Theory when needed, practice where it matters, all inside a real surgical environment.
Mastering the Implant Consultation
Learn how to lead a professional, structured implant consultation that builds trust and increases case acceptance.
You will:
- Identify patient motivations, fears & expectations
- Ask the right questions to qualify implant candidates
- Explain treatment options clearly (implant vs bridge vs nothing)
- Present benefits, risks & alternatives in simple language
- Structure the conversation to increase case acceptance
Clinical & Aesthetic Evaluation
Analyze patients the way an implant surgeon does — medically, functionally, and aesthetically.
You will:
- Perform a complete clinical examination
- Evaluate smile line, gingival display & biotype
- Assess occlusion, space and parafunctions (bruxism, interferences)
- Spot red flags early (infection, mobility, thin tissues, limited space)
Diagnosis & Surgical Planning (CBCT Logic)
Develop a structured CBCT-guided workflow so you never improvise during surgery.
You will:
- Read a CBCT with a surgeon’s mindset
- Identify risk areas (sinus, mental foramen, concavities, thin plates)
- Choose implant position, dimensions & axis based on prosthetic needs
- Decide between immediate vs delayed placement
- Build a clear surgical roadmap instead of “hoping it goes well”
Pre-Operative Protocol & Surgical Setup
Prepare like a real surgeon — with discipline, structure, and a clear procedural flow.
You will:
- Set up the sterile field and organize instruments properly
- Prepare implant kits, drills, sutures, grafting materials & membranes
- Follow medication & anesthesia protocols adapted to each case
- Coordinate the assistant’s role and the patient’s journey on surgery day
- Design a step-by-step flow to avoid stress and improvisation
Hands-On Patient Surgery (1-on-1)
Perform your implant surgery on a real patient under full supervision of Dr. Kandil.
You will:
- Design incisions and elevate flaps without tearing tissues
- Read bone quality through tactile feedback while drilling
- Control drill angulation and correct axis deviation in real time
- Place the implant with proper depth, torque and primary stability
- Decide when and how to graft, and secure a tension-free closure with sutures
Healing, Follow-Up & Complication Management
Understand what happens after surgery — the part most courses never teach.
You will:
- Organize post-op follow-up and patient instructions
- Manage pain, swelling and inflammation in the first days
- Recognize early signs of failure or infection and act quickly
- Decide when to uncover the implant safely
- Guide soft-tissue maturation and choose appropriate healing abutments
Implant Prosthetics & Final Restoration
Deliver functional, aesthetic implant restorations with confidence.
You will:
- Take accurate implant-level impressions or digital scans
- Select abutments based on tissue, space and aesthetic demands
- Shape the emergence profile for natural integration in the smile
- Register occlusion and adjust contacts to protect the implant
- Choose materials and manage temporaries vs final crowns
Case Completion & Portfolio Building
Finish the case like a professional — and build the foundation of your implant portfolio.
You will:
- Verify final torque and adjust occlusion precisely
- Give maintenance & hygiene instructions to protect your work
- Photograph the case in a way that highlights your result
- Transform the case into a clear, presentable case study
- Start building a portfolio that supports your implant positioning

This was the first time I actually felt ready to place an implant on my own.. Theory never gave me confidence, this program did.
